Job Details:
Position Title: Client Services Assistant
Reports to: Director of Client Services
Location: On-site
Status: Part-time (25 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails with professionalism.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical), office supplies, and records.
Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and events.
Support department or team projects as needed.
Occasionally greet visitors.
Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
