Melissa is a proud graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Prior to joining Better Bookkeepers, Melissa has years of customer service experience.

When she is not at work serving our customers, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A few of her interests include watching movies, going shopping, and bowling.
