Client Services Assistant

Chrystal Pollard brings a diverse background in business administration, client relations, and organizational management to her role as Client Services Assistant at Better Bookkeepers. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others make her a valuable part of the BBK team.

Prior to joining Better Bookkeepers, Chrystal spent seven years as a personal business assistant, managing communications for a network of more than 5,000 members and coordinating educational events ranging from small gatherings to hundreds of attendees. She also gained valuable experience in the healthcare industry, where she supported daily operations, patient relations, and billing. Chrystal attended Colorado State University and Metropolitan State University in Denver, completing three years of college coursework.

With a background centered around organization and customer service, Chrystal brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work. She enjoys supporting the team, keeping processes organized, and helping create a positive experience for BBK's clients. She has also been involved with several community organizations, including Angel Tree Ministries, Mothers of Preschoolers, and Moms Helping Moms of Texas.

Outside of work, Chrystal enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, cheering on her kids at sporting events, and tackling creative home projects. She also loves live music, spending time outdoors, and enjoying time with family and friends.
